       Organisation for the design and management of Global Defence Network for Earth

  The EarthNet project is divided into five key stages of development, each requiring the previous to be in place:  
  (1) Introduction of Global Defence Treaty into the existing United Nations Structure (2006-2007)  
  (2) Reform of the United Nations Charter and creation of Global Defence Council (2006-2007)  
  (3) Agreement on global contributions to Sentry System (2007-2008)  
  (4) Agreement and creation of Protector System (2008-2009)  
  (5) Agreement and creation of LifeShield System (2009-2012)
